Can I switch plans later?
Yes - upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard covers the core CRM workflow up to 10 users. Premium adds advanced search (Algolia), analytics, sales pipelines + commissions, vendor invoicing, and unlimited users.
Do you offer annual discounts?
We don't push annual contracts. If you'd genuinely prefer annual billing, ask sales - we'll do 10% off paid annually.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel anytime in-app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We retain your data for 30 days post-cancellation in case of recovery, then delete.
